Getting There
From Anchorage, take the Glenn Highway (AK-3) north for approximately 60 miles. Turn east onto the Matanuska Valley Highway (AK-1), also known as the Palmer-Matanuska Highway. Continue for about 10 miles to the trailhead parking area near the Matanuska Glacier access road.
